SUMD focuses on creating efficiently affordable eco-friendly homes that incorporate renewable energy sources and sustainable materials, providing housing solutions that meet the needs of our growing population while protecting the environment and giving infrastructures that improves starndard of living.

C.I.M.D, leverages on collective funding and institutional support to deliver affordable, scalable housing solutions. These projects involve partnerships between co-operative socities, government agencies and private institutions to address the housing deficit. All these while intergrating ease of transportation, servicies, ameneties, fostering a well - organised community.
